Haworth with Stanbury Village Council was formed in 2023 to represent the opinions of the people who live in the villages and to deliver ‘on-the-ground’ services to the community.

The Village Council is the first tier in the local government structure and the Haworth with Stanbury Village Council, while totally independent, works in close conjunction with Bradford Metropolitan District Council to deliver services and provide a vital forum in which local views are allowed to be heard.
